Tuesday & Thursday Afternoons
Grace Chapel's food pantry serves our community Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please check the event calendar to confirm hours of operation.
We are an agent of the Idaho Food Bank. We help resource families in need with non-perishable food items and/or supplies as well as provide current social service information and networking.
The Grace Chapel food pantry volunteers offer up a huge thank you to everyone who donated food at the Christmas Eve services. It means so much to the people who come in who are so humbled to be asking for help to be able to shop for a variety of food that their families can eat.
The food pantry receives food from the Idaho Food Bank but some months we don’t get enough to feed adequately those who come in. Our shelves often look very bare. We have a decent supply right now but we never know when we’ll run out.
So, if possible, we’re asking for every adult to bring in one non-perishable item each Sunday so that we can maintain our pantry. You all would be so blessed with the stories we hear and the thanks given by those who come in. The food, prayers, personal phone calls and assistance we can offer seem so little yet do mean so much!
